Refund Policy

Namasteycraft firmly believes in REFUNDING THE MONEY TO ITS CUSTOMERS IF THE PRODUCTS FAIL TO MEET THEIR EXPECTATIONS, RECOGNIZING THAT EXPECTATIONS MAY HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS.

Upon receiving and inspection of your return (please refer to our return/exchange policy), we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

Check Your Bank Account: Start by checking your bank account to verify if the refund has been processed.

Contact Your Credit Card Company: If you still haven’t received the refund, contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

Furthermore, in the event of a product being inaccurately delivered or exhibiting genuine quality or manufacturing defects, we are fully committed to providing solutions such as issuing a full refund, ensuring the correct order is fulfilled, offering any other suitable resolution to rectify the issue.

Kindly be aware that purchases made during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. Additionally, refunds will not be issued if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and/or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
