Hand Knotted, Tibetan, and Patchwork rugs come with a warranty of up to 24 months, while Hand Tufted, Handloom, Flat Weave, Shags, and Hand-woven rugs are covered for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a claim for any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. You have the option to notify us via email at or by calling us at +91 7863985994. Additionally, kindly include images of the damaged rug/carpet from different angles for our thorough assessment. Our dedicated team will swiftly assist you through the claims process and provide the best resolution possible for your situation.

What Happens Next:
Once we verify that the defect falls under the warranty policy, we’ll work to find the best solution for you. Whether it’s repair, replacement, or another resolution, our primary goal remains your satisfaction throughout the process. Please note that warranties are non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.

Logistical Details:
While customers are responsible for logistical charges, we strive to make the process as convenient as possible. We can arrange pickup and delivery and the remaining warranty period will be based on your original purchase date.

Beyond Warranty Coverage:
While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, it’s important to note that some issues are not included, such as shedding, occasional sprouting pulls, and color changes due to natural factors. However, follow Rug care instructions for longevity of rugs.
